Gentle Yoga for Real People

Come home to your body - reclaim strength, groundedness and a sense of calm. Yoga meets you wherever you are, and teaches self-acceptance. From self-acceptance comes self-transformation.
Yoga classes are available Mondays 9:15am and Wednesdays 8:30am. Please wear comfortable clothes, and plan to eat after class, not before. Some mats are available to borrow, and continuing students are encouraged to bring their own.
